writing // From Eat Street, with Love

In the fall of 2016, I co-authored From Eat Street, with Love -- a cookbook that was conceived, designed and published by a fantastic team at Zeus Jones, which is a business innovation and design company based in Minneapolis. I interviewed the owners of 15 restaurants that, along with dozens of others, make up a commercial corridor in Minneapolis known as Eat Street. The book tells their stories and shares their recipes, giving readers a peek at the unique history and character of one of Minneapolis' most diverse and delicious neighborhoods.
